I love my food processor. I bought a small food processor for my baby when he started solid foods and it my most favorite tool in the kitchen. It's cut down a lot of the knife work. Today I made simple meal.
A whole head of garlic, 2 yellow onions in the food processor. Dumped into a nice deep Dutch oven in low heat. Leave for a few minutes and remember to come back before the house burned down. If you come back and the onions are translucent (the longer I let this ok the better it gets), it's ready for you throw two cans of dice tomatoes in the food processor and leave for while.
When you come back and nothing's burned down start adding whatever you can find in the fridge for dinner. I found some heavy whipping cream and I stirred a little in it. Along with some diced chicken and peas. Then I stirred in some fresh basil and pasta.
I see the next Rachel Ray. The recipes are obvious:
House-Not-Burned-Down Meatloaf
Fire-Free Fajitas
Standing Lodge Hodgepodge
Unburned Log Cabin Pancakes
Extinguisherless Eggs
Unignited Onion Casserole
Zero Alarm Chilli
Ember-free Cucumber Salad
Something or Other Stew Sans Flame
I'll stop now. But I would buy the book Lotte. :)
