#8. Find Your Food Allergies
Even the most subtle food allergies wreak havoc on our bodies over time. One of the most common food allergies is gluten, found in wheat and wheat-based products. However, even if we're not acutely allergic to gluten, wheat is at least a mild irritant to most of us and in general a poor food choice which we're better off without.
