WHERE: Unitarian Church, San Rafael
Cost: $195

Enhance Your Mind's ability to command your body into calm, balance and strength. Open the deep channels and strengthen your physical flexibility and health.

For the only time this year, Mingtong will teach Body & Mind Method (BMM) in the Bay Area. It is a discipline, combining martial arts and Qigong, to unite the mind with the body and enhance mind's ability to command the body, thereby to integrate mind and body.

Who can benefit from this practice? People who:

* want improvement with a structural challenge;
* want to release deep tension and stress from the body;
* want to awaken the deep aliveness of energy flow;
* have practiced LCUPCD regularly;
* wants to improve other disciplines like yoga, taichi, martial arts and fitness;
* want to improve flexibility and vitality of your body.

It is most beneficial if you have a strong will to work through your physical challenges. (Students can focus on gentle movements like LCUPCD if your body is still in very weak condition.)

No previous experience required. Young and fitness lovers are also welcome for this deep mind-body practice. Live music during the practice and ecstatic dance at the end of evenings.
