What Is In An Energy Drink That Gives You Energy?

Energy drinks are everywhere. But have you ever wondered what is in an energy drink that gives you energy? Many of today's energy drinks are loaded with dangerous chemicals, sugar and tons of free form caffeine.

Because of this you can expect to crash and burn after the "high" is gone. And when you consider all of the negative side effects, some which can even be deadly, you may ask, is there a healthier way to get energy without poisoning your body? The answer is yes!

Below you will find a link to an article that I wrote discussing healthy alternatives that can give you all day energy without the typical crash associated with most fad energy drinks.

I believe this important information can help sky rocket your energy levels giving you an improved outlook on life.

Blessings,

Hi Jon, I find it amazing how many people don't understand what is in an energy drink, yet many drink them daily. If they only knew how dangerous some of these drinks are they would think twice about drinking them moving forward.

You said it brother! If more people knew what was in an energy drink...the convenience stores of America would be empty!
