#2. A can't-go-wrong staple: greens and eggs

Sauté kale, onion, garlic, and red pepper with a little salt and pepper, curry, or cumin. Fry an egg, top it with pepper, and lay it atop. Bam! Thanks for the post Andrea. I'm all about the eggs and greens as well as the juice, I just avoid the apple to limit my sugar intake.. Will try the lemon water tip. Now what's for lunch? :)
