Flat stomach the natural way

The key to getting a flat stomach is not just doing a bunch of ab exercises, it's about your diet and what you are putting in your body.. You see, getting a flat stomach is about 80% what you put in your body and about 20% off actually doing exercises that would benefit your abdominal muscles.

Their is no such thing as spot treatment for your abs. You have to do plenty of abdominal workouts just working your mid section (spot treatment) and you will see little results. You have to do a lot of cardio training which will burn a lot of the fat around your mid section.

Nutrition for a flat stomach

This is the key to getting that flat stomach that you always have wanted. The key is to supercharge your metabolism. You can do this be eating small meals every 3 to 4 hours, think about it like this. When you place a couple of small logs on a fire it keeps the fire burning, but when you place a bunch of logs on the fire it puts out the fire completely. This is the same way the body works when you eat a lot of food. It puts out the fire (metabolism). That's why your small meals should have no more than 260 to 300 calories per meal. Now keep in mind that the meals should still be healthy meals.

Discipline is the key!

Try to avoid a lot of the process foods which contain a lot of fats that your body doesn't need. Another key point about getting that flat stomach is to drink plenty of water, and stay away from the sugary juices that are out their. If you follow these tips you will be on your way to a flat sexy stomach. You will feel so much better, and you probably will have to buy new jeans.
