I would never recommend this provider at all. Instead of being the professional to help us mediate she made things 100% worse. But if you have to think about it, makes sense instead of putting an end to things keeps it going and going to keep the money coming in.

Duval has no staff. It's just her in a dark little box. The review that has she has "a helpful staff" and is wonderful must have been written by.....hmmmm - I wonder. As to her availability - she NEVER answers her phone and is essentially a "hired gun." Also, regularly late and flaky.

Horrid, unethical and untrustworthy which is the opinion of MANY in the community. Money is her only motivation. Operates solely on the "you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours" code of "ethics."

Stay as far away from her as possible. She is a danger to children and families. Her violations are documented.
