They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
