Good Providers. But billing has been a consistent issue. They are not able to take FSA cards and haven't been for at least three months. I now have to use my current 2023 FSA funds to cover expenses from 2022. I was told it would be fixed and that my account would be notated, and now it is still not fixed and now my account is past due and going to collections. Mind you I have tried to pay four different times and was told over and over that it wouldn't me an issue. I had an uneasy feeling but trusted them anyway.

I understand that I will have to pay regardless, but relying on FSA funds and then being told that everything would be okay puts me out financially.
