I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

We've taken both our dogs there for the past 12 years and like their staff and services a lot. They seem a little pricy at times, possibly because they're in Hanover and see patients whose owners are willing/able to spend whatever. They do the basics well, have facilities for x-rays and ultra-sound, but they know when to recommend you to a specialist. We keep going because they're the best we've found in the area that's convenient for us.
