My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. It's like a circus here! It was so chaotic in this veterinarians office, there were just so many pets everywhere I thought they might pull out their hair. They probably shouldn't schedule clients so close together.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
