They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I love the service and customer care received. However if you don't live in the area, it can be very hard to find.

Dr. Ballard is awesome! He is so careful and soothing that our pets feel very relaxed when they have to have a medical exam. Even our "stray" who is generally nervous around men seemed to warm up to him quickly.

We've taken my animals to Summerfield Veterinary Hospital since 1979 and continue to do so even though we now pass three other vet practices to get there. They have staff that have worked there for years and know our pets - past present and future (a few were "given" to us by the staff there). They know us and have given us guidance, support and love through the lives of several of our dogs and cats. They teach, offer options, understand financial choices, are kind and generous. I highly recommend people take their animals to Summerfield Vet for treatment and care.
