They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. My dog was suffering from very confusing symptoms and the appropriate tests were done . I never felt unecessary work was done to increase the fees as I have experienced elsewhere. I am myself a medical professional and know a good doc when I see one ! Dr Thomas is the BEST.

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
