Dirty Building. Patients do not receive proper care and are often left soiled in dirty bedding. Call Buttons ignored. Do not choose this place.

I've visited friend numerous times- facility is dirty! Dead roach spotted when approaching area to purchase snacks on first floor; took pictures & facility dirty thru-out. Discussing smell when exiting elevator. Staff good but long shifts & not compensated. Overall discusting facililty & avoid if possible. Friend contracted deadly infectious disease Mensa & was informed until after the fact? She's lucky they didn't kill her. Incompetence beyond acceptance. Avoid this facility if at all possible!!!!!!!!

I was very apprehensive in choosing A facility for my father after his stroke. I had heard so many bad stories from but I decided to give Vosswood a chance. They sent a representative out to see us in the hospital prior to our decision. She was very kind and knowledgable. I must say everyone was excellent from nursing, therapy to even housekeeping. Thank you Vosswood!

Bad. Don't let the nice area and building fool you. The nursing staff are lazy and incompetent. Even when my mother was dying and in pain they would not look in on her. I had to come up every four hours to ensure meds were given. They are a disgrace!

Vosswood accepted my mother as a patient for skilled nursing after her hospital stay. Then ON THE DAY she was supposed to be admitted they notified us they had changed their mind because her case was too complex -- they were going through a leadership change and their nurses needed more training and that we had to find another place ( in less than 24 hours). Why didn't they tell us this before rather than admitting her and taking the deposit from medicare or at least give us a few days or a weeks notice??! She had been discharged from the hospital leaving us scrambling. Gross negligence bordering on fraud.

Horrible place. Administration not concerned about patients wellbeing. Had a screaming patient in next room on the rehab floor which they did nothing about for my ten day stay. Checked myself out as couldn't rest, food was so unheathy and was never what you ordered. Sent home with wrong medication that I don't take--thank goodness I checked everything where an elderly person could have had major problems.

I really loved what I saw and heard regarding this nursing facility. The place is very clean and employees all seem very helpful and professional and it seems to be a team playing facility. Everyone was very helpful and attentive.
