First of all the staff was very nice and professional. I had a question before my appt and called and left a vm in the evening. My call was promptly returned first thing the next morning. Dr Thompsons assist was also very nice and Dr Thompson himself was professional and kind.

I scheduled an appt last week to have a skin condition checked out. When I scheduled the appt, there were 2 appt slots offered to me. One with Dr. thompson at 3:45pm and the other with Marie at 5:00 pm. I chose to see Dr. Thompson and left work early that day to make the 3:45 appt. When I got there, I was told that he had gone home early and my appt was cancelled. They said they didn't have my correct phone number to call and cancel, however, they had called me that morning to offer me these appt times. They refused to let me see Marie, because I was a new patient, however they had offered me an appt with Marie that morning when I scheduled my appt.

I could never recommend this office due to an incompetent staff. You do not treat people like this. I could have scheduled an appt with someone else and wish I would have.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Make sure you ask for the doctor or you will get a PA that you have never seen before and does not know your history.

Office staff is terrible! When you try to talk to them about a concern/problem they interrupt you and will not listen to you. I was told I had a $20 credit. The woman that told me wanted me to keep it on my account for future use. I told her I would like a check instead...I could tell she did not want to do this but I insisted. Oh and at first she told me they could not give me a check and then when I insisted she said they could. She told me it would take 2 weeks. Well....4 weeks later I still had not received it and went into the office to talk to them....again interrupted and not listened to this person told me the paper work had not even gone through to give me MY MONEY. It's been over two weeks now and I still have not seen my money that they over charged me. I called today they again interrupted, over talked and would not listen to me. I was told they have to get a hold of their accountant and the check needs issued to them at their office then they mail it to me. Very disappointed. The only positive thing I can say about their office is Dr. Marie is wonderful. She is so kind.
