They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The only negative has been availability; however, the doctors assistant is also very knowledgable and attentive when the doctor is not immediately available.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.
I have been going to Dr. Thompson for at least 25 years and I recommend him highly.
