'm old enough to have had many dentists during my lifetime. Dr. Sachs is the best of all. He's been my dentist since he started his practice and has performed every kind of dental service I have needed skillfully and painlessly. He has an exceptionally "gentle" touch and is a genuinely kind and caring person. I recommend him highly to everyone.

They know their patients and take time with them. This makes for excellent customer service. They are extremely reliable and always try to accommodate my schedule. The office is nicely appointed and well kept, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. But all of this is just window dressing unless you have someone as talented as Dr. Sachs to back it up. He's friendly without being unprofessional and he does a great job.

2 years ago I broke 11 teeth in a construction accident. 4 of the teeth were broken into multiple sections. With my permission, Dr. Sachs tried a new technique in an effort to save the teeth. The skill Dr. Sachs demonstrated treating my unique injury was successful in saving all 11 of my teeth and I live pain free today.

I could not recommend Dr. Sachs more highly!!

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. I highly recommend Sachs Family Dental for all my friends and family, they are great!

Before I started going to Dr. Sachs I had a lot of problems with my teeth and I absolutely hated the way my smile looked. When I came to this office for an exam the front office lady had me fill out a couple forms. They were quick and easy. A few minutes later an assistant took me back. I was very impressed that I did not have to wait a long time in the waiting room. Dr. Sachs was very through with the exam and the cleaning. He was very good at explaining things to me in a way that I understood and also educated and pointed out what he saw on the x-rays. I had a lot of work that needed to be done but he did not put any pressure on me about getting the work done. He just let me know what work was top priority and what we could hold off on. When I came back for the work he was very gental. If I raised my hand because it hurt he would stop right away and get me more numb. After completing my dental work I decided that I wanted him to do my orthodontic work. I spent less then a year in my braces and now I have an absolutely beautiful and healthy smile. This means a lot to me because I hated my smile before and would never smile showing my teeth. Now I love to show them off. I was also terrified of the dentist before I went to Dr. Sachs. I can honestly say now that I can go to the dentist and feel at ease knowing that I am in good hands.
