'm old enough to have had many dentists during my lifetime. Dr. Sachs is the best of all. He's been my dentist since he started his practice and has performed every kind of dental service I have needed skillfully and painlessly. He has an exceptionally "gentle" touch and is a genuinely kind and caring person. I recommend him highly to everyone.

They know their patients and take time with them. This makes for excellent customer service. They are extremely reliable and always try to accommodate my schedule. The office is nicely appointed and well kept, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. But all of this is just window dressing unless you have someone as talented as Dr. Sachs to back it up. He's friendly without being unprofessional and he does a great job.
