I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
