I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just moved to the area and wouldn't you know it, I got a toothache. I got an appointment right away, which impressed me. They found I had an abscessed tooth and gave me the right medication, but I couldn't get a root canal appt for 3 weeks. That seemed way too long to me and the tooth didn't make it. I called them a week later in pain and got another emergency appt, but was VERY disappointed when I couldn't be worked in at ANY of their locations. I had to ask for a referral and find my own Endodontist. I was in so much pain I was crying. I was lucky enough to find Annapolis Endodontics who saved the day.

All in all, the place is like a Jiffy Lube of dentistry. Too many patients for too few dentists. They rush you in after you sit and wait farrr too long, and then rush you back out as fast as possible! It takes MONTHS to get a cavity filling appointment!!! They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless.

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
