Take a number, take a seat, who are you again?
Clinic style, impersonal and very poor service from the front desk.
Reminded me of my Army days.
They actually relocated their office between making my appointment and my visit and did not even tell me.

I agree with Doug: definitely an example of "fast-food" or "drive-by" dental care.
The last five people I have spoken to about Dental One all say that they have been told that they: grind their teeth at night and need special mouthguard (expensive and usually not covered), adult flouride treatment (not-so-expensive, but usually not covered by insurance). My husband asked me to monitor him while sleeping -- he doesn't grind his teeth in his sleep. Wonder if this is a scam to increase billing?
I took my son out of school for a dentist appt, and waited 35 minutes before anyone even recognized us. Then we were told we were "late" and had to make another appointment for treatment. This required that I take my child out of school again since they don't have hours during after-school time.
