Using this office can be compared to gambling since the outcome is most certainly a dice roll, and for the most part it is a losing proposition. I was charged for a surgical extraction despite the fact the tooth came out in ONE PIECE resulting from a one second effort. That was one example of unprofessional antics by members of this practice. The comment below by another reviewer is an accurate description of how the savvy patient will feel.

" I felt confused and uneasy when I left"

Beware of any dental practice who enrolls in those prepaid dental plans. They frequently use that method to herd the sheep to slaughter by catering to unsophisticated patient base.

This dentistry group was extremely professional, considerate, and intelligent. I was unaware of how important my teeth and gums are to my body. They provided me with the answers to all of my questions, and I was very impressed. The work on my teeth was very conscientious and detailed. I will use this service again.

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled at the Valparaiso location. I was in and out in half an hour and they took very good care of me. All in all I can say they did a wonderful job!
