Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I waited for over an hour before I was called, I feel like my appointment was pointless. Nothing was accomplished and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I only wanted a cleaning and check-up but was told to go to a specialist for the cleaning! My previous dentist never had a problem cleaning my teeth. X-rays showed that I had two cavities that they refused to fill until I saw the specialist, he isn't even in my dental plan so it will cost me more $
