Support staff is UNFRIENDLY and RUDE. I ended up having to wait quite awhile. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else, or ignore the question. It was very frustrating. The technician was obviously put out because my insurance didn't cover certain xrays and I wasn't able to pay for them to be done at that specific moment. My teeth cleaning felt very rushed, the dentist didn't even sit down to examine my teeth. I was disappointed that they didn't take the time to clean my teeth thoroughly. Every contact with this office was unpleasant. When I asked for a copy of records, I was told they didn't do that! Huge HIPPA violation. I forced them to give me copies. I mwould never suggest going to this office.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They didn't explain my dental procedure to me at all, even after I asked for an explanation. I was very nervous about having a procedure done that I didn't know anything about. Then on top of it they said to me "you only paid XX amount, what do you expect"... i expect great care no matter what i pay out of pocket!
