They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't.

I VISITED THIS DOCTOR ON A RECOMMENDATION FROM A COWORKER. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE INTAKE PROCESS AND THE TIME THE STAFF AND DOCTOR SPENT WITH ME GOING OVER MY HISTORY. DR MASS WAS VERY THOROUGH AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS BEFORE I EVEN ASKED. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND DR MASS AND NOW CONSIDER HER MY NEW GYN.
