I have never felt more uncared for than at this office. They make you feel like a number. They gave me an incorrect diagnosis and once I called them out on it, they were very quick to push it under the rug and NOT to acknowledge their mistake or even apologize. do not take any young woman here for her first visit. I was traumatized by going here.

I have been seeing Dr.Karen Mass less than a year.She is warm, wonderful and extreamely knowledgeable.Before seeing Dr.Mass we have been normally trying to have baby and there were no signs that longed for baby.We decided to see Ob-gyn and were quick in deciding and making an appointment with Dr.Mass.She spends her valuable time addressing all the questions and concerns.We definitely walk out with confidence and without questions from the examining room.She is very detailed in her treatment and I would call her a perfectionist.I am so thankful to Doctor as I am 6 weeks pregnant now.
