The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

The are some wonderful staff members and dental hygienists, however the dentist at the West Hartford office near Stop and Shop is rude and unhelpful. (Not Dr. Gish) An example: he said I had an area between two teeth that should be watched and I should floss more often. Fair enough, but when I asked which two teeth, he said it didn't matter, I should be flossing all my teeth. I thought the comment rude and unhelpful. This was not the first time. Thinking of changing my family dentist now. Tired of being disrespected every time I go into the office.

•No. PSR® is designed to become a part of the regular oral exam.
•There is no specific code to cover PSR® as a separate procedure.
•PSR® scores do not correlate to any specific periodontal diagnoses, treatments or treatment codes.
and
for fluoride treatment, how funny is that. fluoride applications are not necessary for every person. Their recommendation for people with a low risk of tooth decay is that the fluoride in drinking water and toothpaste is enough. The CSA believes that additional fluoride as in professional applications does not decrease their risk of decay further.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Very odd place. I do not recommend them. I went in for a basic cleaning. After 15 minutes of cleaning, the hygienist escorted me to the front desk with little explanation to set up a "deep cleaning" that required multiple visits, $400, and numbing of my mouth. I have never had any problems with my teeth before. The other person checking out was told she had a cavity in between her front teeth. Not sure that's possible. I saw no indication of even a dentist on staff. Needless to say, neither of us will return. Don't waste your time here.
