I recently broke an old 10 year bond in my tooth. So I make an appt. here at Dr. Gish and assoc. in Fairfield to correct it. The desk staff is far from interested in greeting you, these days most businesses they only care about your dollars not you so I wasn't terribly shocked at the less than enthusiastic welcome I received. Then already into the procedure, the doctor, Shireen Malik, proceeds to say that the tooth should be crowned and that the bond most likely wont hold for very long. Odd- MY LAST BOND LASTED A DECADE! Also, the doctor who was chatting with the assistant about HOW SICK SHE WAS! Here she is with an obvious full blown cold with her hands in my mouth and breathing into my face... seriously? You're an idiot for risking your patient's health let alone your coworkers and such. So the procedure was done. No more than 4 weeks after the bonding the bond partially chips out and is swallowed. I go back to the Dr. who condescendingly tells me that I should get a crown. I disagree and ask for her to fix the tooth. She is visibly annoyed with me and rushed through the procedure- actually having to redo it AGAIN after polishing the tooth. Even more annoyed after its all done, she asks me to bite down and check- she then says you're all set and before I get a chance to say that I didn't like the way it felt, she is gone! Here I sit uncomfortable and unsure how long this bond will last. DO NOT GO HERE! LOOK AT THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS! IM NOT ALONE!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst dentist office there is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY! The office manager should learn how to submit ins claims. she always screws it up and tries to charge the consumer, She is the most rudest person I have ever met, unfriendly, unhappy and not willing to work with you. I have finally had enough of this place and found another dentist. They need to be shut down. I'm writing letters to my state representatives and health and human services- I urge you to do the same!

I made a huge mistake by taking appointment without going through reviews. They are money hungry and do everything to get your money out of your pocket although you have insurance. If you have tons of money and does not care about your teeth and does not mind their unprofessional and rude behavior, it is the place to go.
I will never ever go this office and never recommend anyone to go here.

Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home
