Horrible. Please stay away! I just moved to CT and was in need of a cleaning. The office seemed like a dental factory. My hygienist was texting during my appointment. They instantly told me I needed to schedule a deep cleaning. I also had written on my intake sheet that I felt like I may be grinding my teeth. Before even assessing me for teeth grinding, they told me I needed another appointment for a mouth guard. The hygienist asked if I had new dental insurance so she could take a full set of X-rays, instead of the typical X-rays. I couldn't help but leave there feeling like the hygienists were incentivized to charge as much as they could. After receiving a bill from them tonight (I was told it was all covered while at the appointment), they charged $500 to my insurance for a routine cleaning and x-rays. $185.00 of which was for a "periodontal exam" which consisted of the hygienist going around my teeth and mouthing off numbers, which took a total of 3 minutes at most. I will be canceling my next appointment and would NEVER return here.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

STAY AWAY!!! They not only destroyed my Jaw from improperly (and violently) extracting a Tooth, I lalso iterally had to pay another Dentist $8,000 to fix shoddy 'workmanship' performed at this Facility.

I promise you, they are dangerous and irresponsible.....please read the other Reviews (and ignore the ones obviously written by their own Employees and/or family).

They ignored my questions unneccessary charges and my appointment seemed rushed and accomplished nothing. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there They charged me for 3 visits before tellinhg me they did not take my insurance.Charged me full price then charged me 100 $ for missed appointment after I told them I could not go since they did not take my insurance.. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I tried to pay them for everything except the missed appoint fee and they said too bad we are sending you to collections.
