Dr . Williams has 3 practicing dentists in his office yet can only be open 3 days a week at limited hours. He does good work but it is very inconvenient to schedule appts. The hygenists change out frequently. over the last 3 years i have never had the same one yet scheduled the same one. I never get to see dentist after cleaning even after requesting to do so. The hygenist obviously feels qualified to diagnose the health of your teeth. The office tries to push work on the patients and sometimes i question whether the work needs to be done. I have some friends that went to him that felt the same way. I didn't care too much for some of the dentists "bed side manor". Like i said the work is fine but the hours are inconvenient. We've decided to elsewhere

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Absolutely, it was fantastic!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Williams for 16 years! We know him to be a compassionate and thorough. Our only complaint is that there is no way to notify this office by phone after hours if we can't make an appointment.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. My appointment was scheduled at 1:00, The Dr. strolled in at 1;30.Talking about his burger at Jockos. Totally unprofessional.

The doctors themselves were nice and knowledgeable. The front office staff was horrible, back office was very nice. The office was gross very out of date, chairs had tape on them. Front office not knowledgeable AT ALL, know what your coverages are before you got in and know what their charges are. They are higher priced than two other offices that are way cleaner and up to date. The only reason why I went to this office is because I was referred by my insurance, which in the end they were not contracted with. I was quoted 150 and got a bill for 900, office was not willing to work with me. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all.
