Dr . Williams has 3 practicing dentists in his office yet can only be open 3 days a week at limited hours. He does good work but it is very inconvenient to schedule appts. The hygenists change out frequently. over the last 3 years i have never had the same one yet scheduled the same one. I never get to see dentist after cleaning even after requesting to do so. The hygenist obviously feels qualified to diagnose the health of your teeth. The office tries to push work on the patients and sometimes i question whether the work needs to be done. I have some friends that went to him that felt the same way. I didn't care too much for some of the dentists "bed side manor". Like i said the work is fine but the hours are inconvenient. We've decided to elsewhere

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Williams for 16 years! We know him to be a compassionate and thorough. Our only complaint is that there is no way to notify this office by phone after hours if we can't make an appointment.

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable
Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable?
Absolutely, it was fantastic!
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature?
Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature
