This dentist was HORRIBLE! Here is a list of reason's why;

1- scheduled appointment for 4:30, got a call at 3:30 inquiring where I was. I informed them that my appointment wasn't until 4:30 per the card they gave me. Not that weird right? This same thing also happened to my mother and brother. Thats more than a coincidence.

2-Complete misdiagnosis on what work I need done. They offered a free examination to figure out what work needed to be done. Guess who got charged for the examination?

3-Not one, but two of my appointments were rescheduled without my knowledge or consent. I also told them specifically when I was making the appointments that they needed to be scheduled for the end of day on Wednesday. Guess who's appointment was scheduled first thing on a Thursday. They also gave the courtesy call to my mom, instead of myself, so by time I found out it was after hours and couldn't reschedule. Then they had the gall to have an attitude with me when I called them the next morning.

4-They charged my moms card for my brothers visit. He is 26, and neither him nor my mom gave them permission to do this.

5- My mom received a bill listing all of my procedures instead of myself. I'm 24, there is absolutely no reason my mother should be getting any of my bills for anything.

Please PLEASE do yourself a favor and find a different dentist.

Only my second time in, first procedure done. Everyone was fantastic! Who knew it was possible to fall asleep during a root canal. I hated going to the dentist because of bad prior experiences and now after switching dentist I am completely comfortable at this office.
