Excellent care in this office by the NP and the Dr. Anyone in my family can always get same day appointment if we are really sick. The office staff is kind and caring and especially the nurses in the back office. I would never take my family anywhere else. I hope neither one of them ever retires.

I have been a patient for several years. I made an appointment for 3:30 pm and after waiting in the larger waiting room that smelled terrible and was so warm I finally got taken back to a waiting room to see Dr. Odonnell. At 5:20 pm I was still waiting to be seen. After complete frustration I decided to leave without seeing the Dr. Waiting almost 2 hours is unnacceptable. My time is valuable and I felt like just another number to this Dr and his staff. I obtained a refund and will NEVER go back or recommend this Dr to anyone ever. By the way I have since found a cleaner and more professional Dr. for myself and my family.

I'd like to apologize for my last review. Being frustrated is no excuse for the harsh language used, EVEN anonymously on the internet. Especially towards people who help people. My specialist office returned only 1 of my 5 calls as well. I think maybe this is more a case of being overworked/overbooked as a norm in the healthcare field. I don't like that reality, but I should not react as I did. In person, Dr. O'Donnell's office staff is very kind and personable, every single time! That's what leads me to believe that they must have a tremendous amount of correspondences to manage. Afterall, most agree that Dr. O'Donnell is one of the best in town and that should equal a very large patient base.

The office staff for Dr. O'Donnell is horrible! I have been trying to get an appointment with a specialist for 3 months now and running. First they sent my referral to the wrong Specialists office. Then it took me 2 months to get them to change it to my doctor's actual office. I left numerous messages that were never returned and then the mail box filled up and I couldn't even leave a message. I finally got to talk to someone by using an incorrect extension. That call at least got a new referral. Except when talking to my specialist, the referral doesn't even mention the procedure I need. So, my specialists office has been trying to contact them for over a week and can't get through. What the heck is going on here? That is after I got a stern talking to about not scheduling the procedure sooner from the N.P.. I am so incredibly close to going to a new doctor. I really like Dr. O'Donnell and I have a history with him. That is the ONLY reason I am still going to his office. If this simple referral B.S. is not settled soon, I will leave. My health depends on it!

The office staff here is absolutely the worst I have ever had to deal with. No one returns calls. My elderly mother has been waiting 4 1/2 weeks for a refill of a crucial medication, and they have yet to get back to King Soopers. They have faxed a request 5 times. I have called and left messages with 'who knows' (no one tells you their name) and still no call back. And don't even get me started with insurance claims. If you have one, don't ever think that the insurance company will get it to reimburse you. I was told it was sent several times, but it's funny... the insurance co never gets it. I've been working on this one for over a year. My mother has been a patient of Dr O'Donnell for many, many years, but I am finding her a new physician.
