Dr. O'Donnell is a good doctor but the staff there is completely unreliable. I have been a patient of his for over 15 years and am currently looking for a new doctor because of how I have been treated there. It has upset me enough that I feel like other people need to know that if you require follow up from this office YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM. I feel like all they care about is getting my co-pay and getting me out the door, the last issue I went in for I was told I would be called within one week and it has been over a month and they have never called or followed up.
