Was very pleased with Dr Mackoul's skill and bedside manner. Drove several hours to have him as my surgeon for 2 different surgeries several years apart. I felt very confident in his abilities and the info on his website as well as his explanations completely prepared me for my procedures. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family if they are in need of gyn surgery.

Every doctor that I spoke with before and after the surgery, stated Dr. MacKoul is the best minimally invasive gynecological surgeon they know. The accolades that every physician gave to Dr. MacKoul when I discussed my surgery with them, particularly my OBGYN and my breast surgeon, were excellent. My surgery scar is very small and the healing time was very short.

Dr. MacKoul was amazing! I'd been to 4 doctors and he was the first to completely answer my questions! Dr. MacKoul is the best, professional and kind. All of the staff was very clear and helpful and thoughtful. I felt SAFE!

Very happy with results and a fast recovery. Before I got to meet the doctor, the staff (front office, back office) were very pleasant and kind. Answered all my questions and were very polite. The doctor was very nice and I felt I could trust him

Dr. MacKoul is an incredibly knowledgeable & skilled gyn surgeon, he relieved my pain quick and easy. I’ve been to so many doctors who recommended open or robotic surgery for my condition and I just couldn’t go through with it. When I went to see Dr. MacKoul, he explained a new, minimally invasive approach that he developed - laparoscopic surgery using only two small incisions. He explained how this type of approach decreases post-op pain and shortens recovery time. I must say my recovery has been fantastic! I feel great, healthy and pain free after having minimally invasive surgery that barely left any scars. I am so glad I found Dr. MacKoul and would recommend him 110% to anyone looking to alleviate pain and problems caused by gynecologic conditions. Before having any kind of GYN surgery, go see Dr. MacKoul first!

I was nervous about having the surgery, but I was amazed with the quick recovery time and I did not experience any pain. I was back to work in 1 week. The pre and post op instructions were very clear and easy to follow. All of my questions were answered promptly. Fair Oaks Hospital was a great experience. Great customer service and care by all staff members.

The doctor explained every aspect of my condition, it was like a perfect class, asked me questions about my concerns and listened to me like a person. I didn't have that for a long, long time. In the past I have been in many hospitals, visited many doctors and all of them treat you like you don’t know anything . And the truth is we all are human beings with experiences and different kind of knowledge and we understand what you explain to us.
