Very positive experience with every nurse, receptionist and staff that I have spoken with. Dr.MacKoul was very calm, knowledgeable and seemed like he could definitely help me. Was scheduled quickly and had a positive outcome. Facility was clean, receptionist and nurses were very nice. Positive energy! Most positive experience ever with a medical practice. Have not had one negative interaction.

After 10 doctors and 20 years I finally found someone to listen to me. My family history every female on my mother and fathers side have died from cancer. I've had issues since I was a teenager. Dr. Mackoul is the first doctor to actually help me. I've had two surgeries since my first visit with him and even referred my sister (which he helped her too!). I would strongly recommend him and his staff.

Everything was amazing! I wasn’t worried because I knew I had a great Doctor. I have severe hospital/Dr anxiety and I really had none during this experience because everyone knew what they were doing. Facility - amazing, clean, everyone was friendly, private.

I was sent to Dr Mackoul due to a thickened endometrium that was believed to be Endometrial Cancer, Dr M was so quick to come into the exam room I almost didn't get to sit down. He spent many minutes explaining the procedure, the possibilities depending on the pathology and answered the 100's of questions I had even though I was repetative. I was terrified, he was very optimistic and due to my extreme anxiety over it, told me that he would do whatever he could to get me in for D & C quickly, I had my procedure 2 days later. I was then scheduled for a Laporascopic Hysterectomy in 6 days following. LITERALLY I have been a nurse for 24 years, and this man and surgery facility are BY FAR the best I have had the opportunity to be a part of. My pain level following surgery was I have and will continue to tell EVERYONE needing any type of Lap surgery to see this man. I had even had THREE C-Sections to which he said "No Problem, I can do that"....and he certainly did. He is incredible and the nurses were just beyond any I have known. HIGHLY recommend him, do yourself a favor and go with the PROS at this office.

Dr. Mackoul is a wondeful doctor who assisted me with dealing with an issue which I had failed to address for many years (was very nervous and scared). During my first appointment with him, he clearly explained the process and provided different options (before my visit i thought that i had only one option). The time he spent with me, answering my questions and addressing my concerns made me confident that i had identified the right doctor. The pre op and post op instructions were very clear and the coordinators were always available to answer any questions. The atmosphere in the surgery facility was very good, not too crowded, and the nurses were professional and nice. This helped to calm my nerves more. My surgery was at 7:30a and I was told that I will be ready to go home at 12:30p. I was awake at 10:30a and was told that it was time to go home. I was so amazed as to how fast this happened. The expectations after surgery were very clear which helped me a lot through the recovery process. I didn't have any complications and I was able to get back to the basic normal routines in less than a week (of course taking it easy). It is 2.5 months now and I am doing great. I would recommend Dr. Mackoul to anyone out there who has issues related to uterine fibroids. Mine were very big and he was able to take everything out with only 2 tiny incisions! Thanks Dr. Mackoul for all the great care, I am now fibroids free - What a relief!

Dr. MacKoul and his team were very informative and thoughtful. I received a lot of help and information, both before and after surgery. I am very pleased with the results and extremely thankful for Dr. MacKoul’s expertise!

They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were thoroughly answered. The paper on this OBGYN's exam table was clearly fresh and brand new. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Whether I had a billing question an appointment question or a procedure prep question, the staff answered everything completely. They were clearly well trained and were very willing to take the time to help me. The temperature in the OBGYN's exam room was pleasant enough that I was comfortable with just the cover up they gave me for the exam.

Beyond all of the above…the number one reason to see Dr. Mackoul and his team is their unending care and concern for the patient's well being. I cannot overstate the compassion and genuine warmth given to me during a scary out of control (any surgery is out of your control) experience.

I was extremely impressed by Dr. MacKoul’s professionalism, patience and expertise. He was very thorough in explaining the procedure and risks involved. His staff are exceptional as well.
