Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty average. They were about the same as other medical providers' offices.

I took my seven year old son to see Dr. Colonna on an emergency basis. He is really personable and great with kids. He was so reassuring when he had to take a biopsy that my son only flinch from the alcohol that was needed to clean the spot after. He explained everything to my son and I and treated him as if he were his child. We are finally going to get some answers after seeing his pediatrician and an allergist and a regimen that will work. I'd recommend him to anyone with a difficult diagnosis or treatment as he has promised to uncover the actual cause of the problem. The front of the office is warm and friendly as well. I wish all offices were this good.
