My family has been going to see Dr. Hanson for over 10 years. His staff is excellent and Dr. hanson is the best, He is very thorough with his examinations and spends ample amount of time in consultation with you.

I was very pleased with Dr. Mark Hanson and his staff. Everyone is very helpful! I have been going here for years and I am never disappointed by their knowledge and excellent service! I highly recommend a visit here if you are due for an eye exam.

Doctor Hanson and his team were the very best. I'm nerves to see any doctor and they all made me feel better from the moment I walked in the office. When it was time to pick out glasses they helped with style color and measured to fit me perfect.
Thank you Dr. Hanson and your team for the great job you did. See you when it's time for my check up or new sun glasses summer fun ๐Ÿ˜Š

Overall I was very happy. They processed my insurance easily and were on time. They made my glasses the same day! Their equipment was very advanced and ahead of the times, so I knew it was safe. I was very impressed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. I did enjoy the seating they provided at this eye care facility, I'm big and was comfortable. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly.

The eye exam was great, very thorough. We ran into issues with their office not wanting to assist us with our contact evaluation. We have vision insurance through Metlife who contracts with VSP and apparently, the vouchers that VSP provides online doesn't have all the information that reflects on the Metlife site.

Our contact evaluation was fully covered, yet the VSP site didn't show that. After having VSP contact their office and verbally confirmed our coverage as we were telling them, they still refused to provide services. I called the following business day to see exactly what they needed in order for us to get our services completed at the same location rather than finding a new office. I had an explanation of benefits that I was able to send over. After speaking to Roger, I felt completely attacked. Not only did he lie about VSP not advising them of our coverage, he refused to offer us services considering he is a VSP provider and he called me a *F-ing cunt.

After being hung up on, I reached out to VSP to discuss the phone call and refusal of services. They attempted to reach out to speak with Dr Hanson's office, only to be turned away and not wanting to discuss the phone call.

I don't know why any Provider would be so unprofessional. Could be the fact that we were were a black couple... I'll never know. I do know that I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how rude they were I never would have gone.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Their exams are so much better than other optometrists I've been too. The exam was pain-free. They are always so friendly and welcoming to me during my appointments. They strive to make every patient feel valued and important. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
