Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They sold glasses at their practice, but their selection was just terrible. There was nothing there that I liked. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.

No, they were very calm and understanding

Yes
Did your eye exam hurt at all?
No, the optometrist had very advanced equipment for a pain free experience
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

Did this optometrist provide you with an accurate prescription?
Not at all, it was completely inaccurate and my vision was screwed up for weeks
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty
Did this optometrist seem knowledgeable about different types of contacts?
No, she/he was completely unhelpful
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!
