They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. I have been going to Dr. Hanson for many years, and now take my daughter to him for her eye check ups. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. They have been patient when I have had to bring young children to visits with me. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The restrooms at this office were spotless. They keep the whole building clean, and in tip top shape. I live about 45 minutes away now, but still travel to use this office.

My prescription was written wrong (did not include correction for astigmatism), and when I asked for a recheck because my glasses were making me dizzy, I was told it would be a full exam fee. When I complained about that, the office manager screamed at me that I didn't listen to a g..d... thing he said and hung up on me. I have never had an experience as bad as this one ever at any doctor's office. The doctor refused to even call me so that I could explain what had happened. Do not go here!!! Ever!!! Well, unless you really want mixed up glasses and like being cussed out by rude people. Then, this is the place for you!

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
