From the moment I walk in to the office, I felt like I was the center of the experience instead of an inconvenience. My appointment was after work - at 6:30pm. At 6:35 a nurse took me to an area where they took my vitals and medical history and then put me in a room with a window, and some really nice books and magazines to look at, but I didn't even have time to settle in. The doctor came in to see me, ordered some lab work - which they did right there, and then came back to in to go over the results. I was there for an hour and a half, but all the while they were doing something. And when I checked out, I found out I could get my prescription right there - so I did not even have to go to CVS!

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
