I left his office in tears today. I was a new patient and had a appt scheluded for 4/4 and received a call from his office to change the appointment 2 times ending with an appointment today 4/18. I arrived at the off 10 minutes late for appointment due to his card stating that he was at suite 320 and I proceeded to the 3rd floor and had to wait in line at that desk to find out the dr Shaheen was located on the 1st floor. The recptionist advised me that she would check and then I was turned away. how can this be. his office can keep me waiting but i can't be 10 minutes late for my appointment and went to the wrong location.
