Dr Herbert is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. He puts in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I've already referred many friends and family members to Dr Herbert. He takes the time to answer all my questions and reassure me about any concerns I may have. He has always returned my calls in a timely manner. It is a relief to know that I can count on him to be there for me when I need him the most.

Exasperating!! Filed a complaint with the Department of Consumer Protection. Dr. Herbert's staff harassed the heck out of me to pay my boyfriend's bill. I had no choice but to let it all play out as far as having their Attorney call me to collect the debt. When the Attorney realized I was not the patient, he went back to High Ridge Family Practice and told them they MUST bill the patient. What kind of medical professionals don't know unmarried couples are each responsible for their own bills? THEY KNEW, they just didn't care as they told me it was too much trouble for them to correct their system. I suggested they create a label and just put it over my name - that too they refused. Dr. Herbert couldn't resolve anything with his billing department either because his partner, Dr. Alan Falkoff, is the senior partner and it is Dr. Falkoff's wife who runs the billing department. I wrote to Dr. Herbert 3 times and it is very likely Dr. Falkoff was also aware as my exchanges with his wife got heated. NOBODY cared. My condition requires serious monitoring for high blood pressure. This horrific behavior was completely irresponsible. Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
