Internal nourishment comes from fluids, hormones, vitamins and minerals.
This sis why it so important to feed your body the proper nutrients to stay energized and youthful. I recommend eating as closely to Nature as possible. Fresh fruits and vegetables, salads and stir fry's, Smoothies with organic produce, juices made in a juicer instead of store bought with sugar. Do you wish to stay young? AVOID SUGAR! Avoid Processed foods, fast foods....and remember to Hydrate with water. Water, not soda is what will keep you fluid. Green tea, lemon water are wonderful too.
Please also remember to walk and move your body DAILY! Strive for 8-10,000 steps.
Also your thoughts nourish your body...So remember to be thankful.
