It’s about a lifestyle that includes healthy eating, regular physical activity, and balancing the number of calories you consume with the number of calories your body uses. Staying in control of your weight contributes to good health now and as you age. Are you ready to commit to long-term lifestyle changes that will let you achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle? This course will teach you basic, practical lifestyle changes necessary for permanent weight loss and it will keep you accountable. Wellness can be achieved by good physical and mental health, especially when maintained by proper diet, exercise and habits.
