Raw food diet is the method of consuming organic, unprocessed, and often fresh foods in the diet program. It's often called raw "foodism" or "rawism". In a raw diet generally raw plant foods are consumed. Based on the type of way of living and results preferred, raw food diets can include a variety of raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds etc.

Normally avoid food grown with pesticide sprays or made with chemical preservatives, additives, food color or food dye. Boiled water and beverages made from it are not consumed on a tight raw food diet.
