Take a yoga class/ dance/ kickboxing (whichever you like best) Meditate, or sit still and quiet your mind Go for a walk- there are numerous places to go for a hike in Orange County and the weather is beatiful these days Drink a ton of water and stay away from sugar Go to your chiropractor for an adjustment or an acupuncture treatment! They help.
