Newport Beach Chiropractor: Posture Related Lower Back Pain

Have you ever noticed some people (maybe yourself, or someone close to you) mostly stand one sided, or they are more comfortable sitting and leaning to one side. If you looked at their posture (or yours in the mirror) you would notice that even if you're standing straight, you may have a shoulder that is lower on one side vs. the other. You may also notice that your hips don't line up. Some patients will even tell me that they feel like they have a shorter leg on one side. This is more common than you think; but it can also be the cause of your lower back pain. This can cause lower back pain especially when your job involves a lot of standing or walking. Get your spine checked to see if this is causing your aches and pains.
