What is a Swedish Massage?

A Swedish massage uses five styles of long, flowing strokes to massage. The five basic strokes are:

1. sliding or gliding
2. kneading
3. rhythmic tapping
4. friction or cross fiber
5. vibration/shaking.

Why should you want a Swedish massage?

They have been shown to be helpful in reducing pain, joint stiffness, and improving poor circulation.

Try it you will like it!
