Telecommute Health

Telecommuting from home is great. However, just like every other job that involves the computer or a confined space, we have to remember to use our luxurious work from home position to stretch and walk a bit during our time at the computer.

Working part time is great because you are forced to get away from the computer. Working full time is great for income, but bad for the office desk posture.

When you are on the phone, get up! Stretch your legs out.
Lie on the floor and stretch your legs up in the air.

A little of this each day and you'll start to feel more energy and oxygen in your blood!
